食用方法：准备1000g的食材洗净切块，冷水下锅，水开后煮2-3分钟，去除浮沫，捞出备用；锅中放入食材，加适量水，姜片10g，适量自己喜欢的配菜，大火烧开后转小火焖煮30分钟左右，然后中火收汁至浓稠即可
